Where can I train my social skills and make friends?

Get a job, when you get a job somewhere you like you can start bonding with the people that work there. i suggest not doing chatrooms or facebook because there are bunch of creeps out there. or just walk around your neighborhood, there has to be someone there your age or older you can talk to!
