Im getting emails from Robert Swan Muller?

Hello all any segestion of this scam emails I'm getting from Robert Swan Muller saying I have to pay 575 to cleared my money from central bank of america and world bank saying 8 .5 dollers under my name which I have to clear but I didn clear they will put me in to jailled , what should I do with this emals pls help me
