Dukan diet help pleaseee?

I am currently doing the Dukan Diet and was wondering if i'm allowed to have just the yoghurt part of the muller corner yoghurts as i'm not quite sure what yoghurts i'm allowed to have, i'm on the attack phrase by the way.
