Exercise & Meal schedule?
Hi. 5 days a week working out is great, and working out for about an hour or so is best. 45 mins of cardio and 30 mins strength training. You are already off to a good start. Honestly, fruit is great for you, but, it does have a lot of sugar. Keep fruits to maybe just an apple a day. Carrots, broccoli, Raw Spinach (Great fat burner) and artichokes, pretty much any veg is great for you! Avocados are really good for you. And, drink at least two quarts of cold water everyday, mixing with fresh lemon juice is a great fat burner! Even though not all that tasty, green tea, hot or cold is great for a diet too.
