It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Overall, this is not a lot of carbs and what carbs there are appear to be good carbs. Yogurt can have a lot of carbs depending on sugar content. I recommend switching to kefir milk. It is just like yogurt but has less sugar and more probiotics. I usually get plain and add stevia (natural+0carbs) to sweeten. It also keeps you full longer than yogurt because it has more protein. Always check for fermentation after pasteurization. Good luck!
