What the hell do I do?

Theres this girl I like so much I've had dreams about her for 2 nights in a row no dirty dreams so nothing like that. On the last day of school i was gonna tell her how I feel but I just froze and didn't do it. The other time she was sitting next to I was standing talking to my friends at the corner of my eye I see her looking at me for 3 seconds before I decide to look at her as well, she was lookin at me straight in the eyes and I was looking her straight in the eyes for five seconds. Every time I'm around her there's a good energy in me. I hav friends that don't know I like her but could hav possibl connection to her. Should I go out and hope to find her or wat do I do?
