University of Minnesota Chances?

When I applied last year, I had a 32 ACT and a 3.6 unweighted/4.0 weighted GPA and got in very soon after I applied, wanna say less than 2 months. Your GPA is the only thing weighing you down. It's a toss up because the U likes screw over in-state applicants in favor for out of state to bring in more money. I'd say you have a 65% chance of getting in.
