Can someone answer this difficult question, really?

Alright let me be honest its not so difficult but all i wanted to ask for example if your ruling planet is venus and which ever sign venus is transiting currently will have the most effect more than the sun and mercury. I was curious, because i don't know how to put it. I have currently mercury and sun transiting my 3rd house but if in about 2 to 3 days time venus will move into and transit my 3rd so will i as a venus ruler affect 3rd house energy most or more than i am doing now with the sun and mercury.
