Can Lady-Comp help me - Endo and PCOS?

I have been trying for get pregnant for 3 years now and have heard "This is the one thing that will work" way too many times to spend 600 on thermometer. I know I have PCOS and my fertility dr thinks I have endo. I have gone through everything the fertility dr has to offer. I just finished IVF with no luck and I just don't have enough time and energy to do that over and over. I became so sick that they could not even put the eggs back into me until the next month. I am done with fertility and I am taking a break. I am tempted to buy Lady-Comp just to make sure I ovulate and have a period while I am 'taking a break', but it sounds like Baby-Comp does a lot more and could really tell me whether I ovulate etc... or not. Has anyone had any success with this? I am not 'unintentionally childless" I have a few things that don't add up in my girl parts. Please let me know if you have had success with this.
