Can anyone help me find this one song?!?

There is this one song I have been trying to find and its pissing me off. I heard it once on this girl’s video but she deleted it. UGH! I don’t know a single lyric of the song since I barely understood what was sung. I don’t even know the artist’s name. OMFG! This is going to bother me for the rest of my life. I discovered the midomi website way to late to figure out the song. Now I try to hum it and stuff and it gives me wrong songs. All i know is that the song is indie, it had a tapping noise for a few seconds at the beginning and followed by some steel drums. The singer was a male and a little bit electronic/raspy if that makes any sense
