your breakfast is good. You need to eat lunch. even if you eat an apple or a small salad is better then nothing. The main problem is you dinner, which is loaded in fats and carbs. Your not going to lose weight with that dinner. On thursday try just having the enchilada or just the potato (no cheese) or just a salad or vegetables. Friday- Just eat the scrambled eggs. Saturday-Try chicken breast without the crusts and fatty sauces of most chicken and no chips!
