I want another baby but my husband doesn't. Advice please?

Hi my husband adn I have a beautiful little girl who is now 27 months and I would love her to have a brother or sister but my husband steers off the subject or it ends up in a fight...He sometimes yes, but not now or just says he doesnt have the energy and uses all types of arguments as to why it wouldnt be a good idea: we have enough money even if things would be a bit tight, our house is tiny but we are trying to sell and get a bigger place, my income is not reliable as I work freelance and I have spinal problems but not bad enough to prevent me from being a good parent but his basic motivation is that he is tired..Our little girl was a complete surprise and although he was always supportive he wasnt enthusiastic at all but he is now a wonderful father..Should I let it rest for a while until we sell the house or how can I convince him? any other people out there who are or who have been in the same boat? thanks in advance
