Have i eaten too much today?

I would recommend skipping the breakfast biscuits and eating oatmeal made with low-fat milk instead. Breakfast biscuits usually contain high amounts of sugar, even if they're "sugar free". Also, don't eat rice on a regular basis. While it may seem healthy, it's actually packed with carbs and has very little nutritional value. Other than that, you seem to be doing just fine. :)
