Did i eat ok today, trying to lose the 'bloat'?

Wow, you might actually gain weight because you did not eat enough calories. You need to eat, but just eat right like eating your vegetables, fruits, and yeah healthy foods. An average person eats about between 1,500 calories 2,000. You might lose the bloatness, but I'm not for sure about that.
